What imperfections are common with handmade dice?

Things such as mold marks around the '1' face, small sanding knicks on the edges, minor number inset flaws or rounded corners are all common imperfections found across handmade dice. These are all entirely cosmetic and will not effect how the dice roll at all. If any dice feature imperfections outside of what is typically acceptable, these will either not be sold, or discounted appropriately and described in the listing. While we can't guarantee that every set is absolutely flawless, we can guarantee that they will look beautiful at any gaming table!

What is your returns policy?

Returns are offered in cases where dice are defective or the customer is not satisfied with the craftsmanship of the product. To reach us, please fill out the form on the 'Contact' page.

How long does shipping take?

While exact times are hard to estimate, within New Zealand it is typically overnight from the parcel being picked up, while overseas orders usually take around 14 working days. All shipping is tracked, so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

How long will it take to dispatch an order?

All of our listings are finished sets ready to ship. However, as this is not my fulltime job, please allow up to 3 working for your order to dispatch.

How do I care for my dice?

Cleaning: In order to clean your dice, rubbing the surfaces of the die with isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth is sufficient.

Storage: Be sure to store the dice out of direct sunlight, to avoid yellowing of the resin.

Rolling: While resin is a very hard material, rolling the dice within a dice tray ensures longevity.
